We are currently looking for a Hematology/Oncology Specialist to assist in managing a diverse patient population, welcoming over 1,200 new patients annually.
Position Overview:
Our facility is a fully accredited cancer care center, currently undergoing significant renovations. This includes the expansion of our laboratory and pharmacy, as well as the addition of nine modern examination rooms and eight infusion bays, alongside upgrades to our linear accelerator and CT simulator.
Work Schedule Options:
- Traditional Schedule: 4 days of clinic work per week, plus 1 administrative day (remote) and a 1:4 inpatient call rotation.
- Alternative Schedule: 3 days of 12-hour shifts, with a week on/off rotation, including inpatient call considerations.
The role involves a balanced patient mix of 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology, focusing on prevalent cases such as breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers. You will work within a collaborative care team, supported by a dedicated registered nurse and medical assistant per physician, along with two nurse practitioners. Our chemotherapy administration is managed by certified RNs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $500,000 to $600,000 annually, with a base salary that extends beyond the initial contract term, determined by experience and qualifications.
