Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee extensive documentation associated with Income-Based Housing initiatives.
  • Guarantee compliance with Housing Authority guidelines and reporting timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive and efficient record-keeping systems.
  • Assess potential Residents through credit and background evaluations.
  • Attract new Residents via innovative marketing strategies, property tours, and community referrals.
  • Facilitate leasing processes.
  • Uphold lease agreements, ensure timely rent collection, and enforce property rules and regulations.
  • Supervise maintenance personnel to coordinate property upkeep and renovation efforts.
  • Address Resident relations and resolve community-related concerns.
  • Manage administrative tasks and basic bookkeeping through property management software to monitor rental transactions and activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and motivated to achieve deadlines and objectives.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn enterprise software.
  • Previous experience in property management and familiarity with housing programs such as LIHTC and HOME is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, offering a 40-hour work week along with benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, as well as Paid Time Off.
