About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Lead to join our team at Target. As a Property Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our store facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and efficient services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize asset utilization
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and costs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or experience in maintenance or facilities management preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management; experience working with vendors and contractors a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
