About the Role

We are currently seeking licensed clinicians to join our team in Quincy, MA. As a clinical therapist at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and provide evidence-based treatments to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care, a passion for delivering results-driven therapy sessions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress

Requirements:

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts
  • A minimum of 25 sessions per week
