About the Role

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, and we are seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Quincy, MA.

Salary Range: Up to $137,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. We offer a guaranteed pay structure and annual pay increases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully and independently licensed as a LICSW in Massachusetts.
  • Licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing.
  • A true partnership mentality, willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week, and a strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
  • Candidates who enjoy being part of a team and working together to professionally develop.
