Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently scheduling and coordinating service appointments and installations
  • Ensuring optimal use of resources while maintaining service quality and response times
  • Maintaining accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and adjustments to daily schedules
  • Communicating effectively with clients and staff
