Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Adamsville Healthcare & Rehab Center, a 140-bed facility with short-term and long-term care and outpatient services.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough resident assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapies and instruct assistants in treatment procedures.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate department records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize residents' use of functional abilities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of community resources.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current license in the state of practice.
- BLS CPR certification.
