We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Genesis Home Care. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide home-based skilled speech therapy care to patients, educating them and their families on proper techniques and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Therapist in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
