Position Overview: The Technology Consulting Project Leader will be responsible for managing client projects within the consulting sector. This position entails planning, executing, and concluding projects in accordance with defined timelines and financial constraints. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership and organizational capabilities, expertise in project management methodologies, effective stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring compliance with project scope and quality benchmarks will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to guarantee client satisfaction while adhering to defined scope and budget.
  • Navigate the complexities of large enterprise organizations to foster consensus and execute initiatives despite potential risks and challenges.
  • Oversee project governance with both internal and client stakeholders, managing daily planning, execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Delbridge's engagement and project delivery methodologies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, taking ownership of the agenda and desired outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, change controls, client expectations, and timelines effectively.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in delivering enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in complex, transformative projects, with accountability for guiding project teams and achieving high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Capability to establish plans and priorities for both project delivery and client resources.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving change through engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Certification or experience with PMI PMBOK or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and associated practices.
