Job Title: Project Coordinator

Trident Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing our operations and interfacing with internal leaders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, partnering with internal leaders to define and deliver on business processes and deliverables.
  • Plan and manage short- and long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain business processes systems and tools to support the organization.
  • Track and report key components of our team, including strategic planning & analysis, complex problem solving, and virtual team leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical fields.
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience with operating systems within internal organizations using software and online tools.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience creating, organizing, and maintaining high-level Excel spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Project management mindset, with ability to handle a large workload and manage communications from respective parties.
  • External and internal communication skills, with ability to lead daily discussions with outside contractors and internal leadership.
  • Experience managing a professional team, project, or business function with high output and visibility.
