Supervisor of Security Personnel

The Armed Security Supervisor will lead a team of security officers and ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This is a Full-Time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol multiple locations in company-provided vehicles.
- Assist with scheduling and call-offs.
- Inspect security officers on post.
- Maintain strong communication with location managers and the Account Manager.
- Support security officers as needed.
- DCJS Armed Security Officer Registration.
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
- Familiarity with security equipment and procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean driving record.
- Pass multiple background checks.
- Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
- Health insurance.
