Mathematics Instructor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mathematics Instructor to join our team at Mathematical Assistance Training. As a Mathematics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering mathematical instruction to students using our proprietary Mathnasium method.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mathematical instruction to students using the Mathnasium method
  • Provide exceptional customer service through expert approach and attention to individual student needs
  • Build students' confidence and self-esteem through successful encounters and interactions
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure all student needs are addressed

Requirements:

  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to inspire students
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and provide constructive feedback
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication
  • Availability to work a minimum of 6-10 hours spread across at least two shifts during the week and a weekend
