**Job Title:** Back of House Team Member

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Dishwashing and Sanitation:** Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner, adhering to all company standards.
  • **Assisting the Baker:** Assist the baker in flipping and rotating cakes to ensure high-quality products.
  • **Frosting and Decorating:** Frost cakes to standard expectations, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • **Sanitation and Cleaning:** Monitor sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, and perform routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
  • **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
  • **Supporting Team Members:** Assist other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
  • **Adhering to Company Policies:** Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

  • **Education and Experience:** While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is a plus.

**Compensation:** $0.10 - $0.11 per hour
