Job Skills / Requirements
• Ensures safety of premises and individuals by conducting property patrols; monitoring surveillance systems; inspecting facilities, equipment, and access points; granting entry
• Mitigates losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing/enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring for unauthorized individuals
• Manages crowd control during emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and disasters
• Completes documentation by recording observations, information, incidents, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses
• Conducts regular inspections and patrols of premises
• Monitors entry and exit points of the property
• Authorizes access for individuals and vehicles
• Secures all exits, doors, and windows
• Observes surveillance cameras
• Responds promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities
• Provides assistance to individuals in need
• Maintains high levels of mental alertness and attention to detail under all circumstances

• Must be able to obtain a state Unarmed Professional Security License
• Must be able to obtain an ASHI Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification
