Job Overview

TM3 Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the modernization and operation of network infrastructure at DAF bases worldwide. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the BIM IDIQ contract and contributing to the overall mission capability of the Air and Space Forces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall execution of the BIM IDIQ contract, serving as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for each Task Order, ensuring compliance with all performance requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with the BIM PMO, Task Order Representatives at individual bases, and external agencies, facilitating Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMR), and other necessary meetings.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and performance, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of all personnel assigned to the contract, ensuring all personnel meet the qualification requirements specified in the contract.
  • Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of modernized network infrastructure, ensuring all technical solutions meet the performance thresholds outlined in the Task Orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in a government contracting environment, with experience with network infrastructure modernization projects highly desirable.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required, with ITIL certification preferred.
  • Must hold at least a Secret security clearance.
