About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with prospects to sell new insurance policies, focusing on farm, homeowners, and auto coverage.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers, managing policy changes, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Clearly explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to both clients and agency staff, ensuring everyone has a strong understanding of products and services.
  • Oversee and manage a team of agents and customer service staff across four locations, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets performance and service goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products.
  • Previous experience managing a team, with the ability to coach and motivate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
