**Job Title:** Senior Technical Lead for S4 Program

**Salary Range:** $135,100 - $180,200 per year (target base pay)
Job DescriptionThe Senior Maintenance Engineer will lead the development and implementation of maintenance programs for new aircraft projects. This includes working closely with teams in Joby Aviation, including engineering, manufacturing, flight test, operations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead program strategies with internal and external stakeholders to develop maintenance programs.
- Develop and improve processes to support initial type certification and recurring revisions to the maintenance program.
- Drive the implementation of a program for developing maintenance tasks and intervals for certification and company maintenance requirements identified through System Safety Assessments, Zonal Safety Assessments, and other design verification activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in relevant industry experience; aircraft OEM, Military, or airline.
- 3+ years as a Licensed Aviation Maintenance Technician or Aviation Maintenance Professional.
- Expert in aircraft maintenance from either development or airline perspective.
