We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Program Coordinator to join our team at Elevo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of elementary and middle school students by leading engaging social-emotional learning and enrichment activities.

Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and working with children. As an After School Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for motivating students through various activities such as STEAM, music, and Lego. You will also lead lessons designed to increase excitement about learning, assist with homework completion, and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
Requirements- You should have experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
- You must be able to implement engaging lesson plans while maintaining accuracy and organization in activities.
- You should be able to effectively support kids' behavioral management needs.
- You need to connect with students and foster positive learning experiences.
- You should be able to improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed by paying close attention to student needs.
This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, moving constantly to accomplish tasks or move from one place to another frequently. You should be able to sit, stand, or run for long periods and occasionally engage in strenuous physical activity. Additionally, you must be able to move safely on irregular terrain.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is $22 per hour. This figure is based on the level of experience required for the role and the location where the job will be performed.
