About This Role

The Senior Web Developer will lead the design and development of customer-facing and internal interfaces to manage and monitor all services offered by TeleSign. The scope includes front-end (CSS/Javascript and AJAX/XHTML) and light back-end (Django, Python, Database, and general server software).

You will work with Program Managers to define UI's and take pride in well-written code bases following standards such as PEP-8 and good software engineering practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Jquery and Mootools.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to design user interfaces.
  • Write high-quality code that meets industry standards.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience working in web application environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including frameworks like Jquery and Mootools.
  • Proven layout and UX design skills.
  • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Linux and SSH.
  • Version control experience with Git.
  • Exposure to Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and Django is a plus.
