Job Summary

Clear Life Recovery is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Progress Monitoring
  • Conduct weekly therapy groups as directed by the Program Director.
  • Meet with clients on an individual basis as requested or recommended by the Case Manager.
  • Document progress notes in client files following each individual session.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Program Director and CEO regarding client progress.
Treatment Planning and Coordination
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for assigned clients in collaboration with the Case Manager.
  • Work closely with the Case Manager to ensure seamless discharge planning.
Professional Development and Compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all Federal, State, and County regulations regarding client confidentiality and staff code of ethics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 standards.
Requirements
  1. Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Current licensure to practice therapy in California (AMFT/ACSW or LMFT/LCSW).
  3. Advanced knowledge of the Self-Help treatment model and its application in outpatient treatment.
  4. Specific knowledge of process addiction and treatment resources.
  5. Excellent assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and documentation skills.
  6. Knowledge of the treatment and referral community in Southern California.
  7. Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment practice, including non-pharmacological symptom management techniques.
  8. Current certification in First Aid/CPR.
  9. Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and CFR 42 requirements.
