Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in our electronic medical record system.
  • Exercise professional judgment to implement effective treatment combinations.
  • Evaluate and report on patient progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
Requirements:
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
  • Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations.
  • Supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
  • Help patients regain control of their lives and independence.
  • Create a safe and patient-centered environment that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission.
