I. JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary: The Customer Care Coordinator at LC Industries is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clientele, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

II. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The primary goal is to assist in resolving all customer inquiries and issues effectively.

III. SUPPORTING TEAM MEMBERS

Provide assistance and backup to the Customer Service team as needed.

IV. COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION

Foster strong relationships through proactive customer engagement and interaction.

V. SUPERVISION REQUIRED

Daily oversight is necessary to ensure quality service delivery.

VI. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

VII. TRAINING AND SKILLS REQUIRED

A fundamental understanding of retail operations and proficiency in computerized sales systems is essential.

VIII. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

IX. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

No travel is necessary for this position.

X. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage all customer-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor while assisting customers.
  • Utilize Axapta for processing and managing sales orders.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors throughout the sales order lifecycle via phone or email.
  • Assist in quoting contracts and following up on proposals.
  • Reach out to customers for additional information as needed.
  • Regularly check sales orders against stock levels to optimize sales and reduce wait times.
  • Coordinate the logistics of order pick-up and delivery.
  • Maintain an updated customer database to enhance business outreach.
  • Support customer service representatives at checkout to minimize wait times.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups through surveys to gather insights on satisfaction and service quality.
  • Address and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Generate reports to track sales order progress and its impact on sales goals, utilizing AX and Excel.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure timely availability of materials for fulfilling orders.
  • Create and modify Excel spreadsheets as requested by management and other departments.
  • Promote our online platform to customers and assist with account setup.
  • Guide customers through relevant programs and services offered.
  • Ensure the timely dissemination of daily pricing updates as directed.
  • Implement current marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory replenishment as required.
  • Engage with vendor representatives during their visits to gain product knowledge.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
XI. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The role requires working in a moderately paced office environment, involving sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.

XII. WORK ENVIRONMENT
