Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will report to the Manager and undertake various front-office responsibilities to ensure positive patient experiences. Your tasks will include:
- Delivering exceptional patient service with empathy and understanding, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards
- Assisting patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information
- Handling nightly deposits and processing credit card transactions
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ethical foundation
- Strong time management abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
