Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities for the facilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
