Compensation: $18.50 per hour

Working Hours: 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Wednesday and Sunday

As a Warehouse Janitorial Lead, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading a team in a structured janitorial operation within a warehouse setting.
  • Providing essential support to both the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by addressing escalations promptly and accurately.
  • Conducting cleaning duties in various areas including restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and hallways.
  • Adhering to the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
  • Assisting with shift coverage and team coordination to ensure operational continuity.
  • Offering constructive feedback on ongoing tasks and ensuring timely reporting to KBS Management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in janitorial services and a distribution center environment is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and forklift operations.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and motivating approach to team management.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
