Choral Assistant

The successful applicant will have a strong familiarity and involvement with the Choral Area at Ithaca College. They will consult regularly with the Director of Choral Activities and Choral Area faculty to support choral activities in the following capacities:

• Maintain excellent attendance and participation in choral ensembles and performances.
• Communicate effectively with ensembles regarding music, scheduling, events, and participation.
• Record accurate attendance for ensembles as assigned.
• Act as a liaison between students and professors.
• Organize information related to student leadership opportunities.
• Organize information related to choral concert programming.

The successful applicant will interview with Choral Area faculty and will be expected to respond to discussion prompts on optimal work ethic, dependability, and feasible areas of administrative assistance to the Choral Area.
