Job Summary:

As a licensed mental health professional, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services to adult and child members. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for members with acute or chronic mental health needs, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention services, to members in need.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide members with access to additional resources and support.
  • Participate in staff conferences and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, as needed, to ensure the highest level of care and support for our members.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and teams.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Experience providing crisis intervention services and working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect members with additional support services.
