We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our highly recognized Medical Intensive Care Unit at Emory University Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions, including sepsis, ARDS, and multi-system organ failure. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative and life-saving care to our patients, and we are looking for a nurse who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients with complex medical conditions
  • Implement evidence-based care practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license and at least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years. You must also have a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
