Manager of Sales and Customer Experience

Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is seeking an experienced Manager of Sales and Customer Experience to lead our retail team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, a passion for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of sales associates and customer service representatives
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Sourcing and selecting high-quality merchandise at competitive prices
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to help them achieve their full potential
