Position Overview:
This full-time role is dedicated to managing a diverse array of responsibilities associated with guest services, communication with patrons, venue management, and overall event operations.
This position will be shared between two facilities and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to guests in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, venue managers, and event coordinators to manage event logistics, including crowd control and supervision of event staff.
- Monitor events and liaise with management to ensure client satisfaction and address any service-related issues.
- Provide general support for meetings and box office operations, including event setup and breakdown, as well as customer interactions.
- Direct support staff as necessary and assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of venue leaders.
- Utilize the event management system to plan and execute routine events, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and assist in fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders involved in events.
Qualifications:
- An associate degree or five years of relevant customer service experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related field with strong customer service skills.
- Effective organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and be willing to obtain necessary certifications.
Physical Requirements:
Work may be performed in various environments, including office settings and outdoor venues. Candidates should be prepared for physical activities such as lifting, standing, and moving equipment as needed.
