Job Description

The Product Quality Manager will be responsible for all quality assurance and control operations, establishing and implementing the quality strategy and Quality Management System. This includes developing and implementing corporate SOPs supporting product testing, inspection, and release. The successful candidate will provide functional leadership and technical oversight across multiple quality functions to ensure Face Reality maintains its high standards of regulatory compliance related to commercial product release of cosmetics and over-the-counter drug products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage quality and regulatory compliance, including necessary documents and master documents, and support the PD team.
  2. Collaborate with the Technical Director to stay up-to-date with International Standards and Cosmetic Regulations, including FDA, EU, and other relevant agencies.
  3. Develop and maintain necessary SOPs for the company's procedures and processes.
  4. Prepare and submit regulatory documents and dossiers for product registrations and approvals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality operations, FDA GMP regulations, and cosmetic guidelines.
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working in FDA and DEA regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits
