Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to join our team at Electronic Instrumentation & Technology, LLC in Danville, VA. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for performing functional tests and calibrating production assemblies.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This role involves working in a manufacturing environment with a 9/80 work schedule, which includes every other Friday off. You will be part of a dynamic team that values high attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.

You will perform functional testing using written test procedures provided by Engineering and/or the customer. Additionally, you will calibrate EIT proprietary products and perform basic troubleshooting on assemblies that do not pass tests.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • 2 years of related experience (preferred)
  • Basic Electronics and trouble-shooting skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes
  • Ability to work in a team environment
