About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical ICU Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a member of our ICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
