About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical ICU team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty
