About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Surgical ICU to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Surgical ICU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
