About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Sanitation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sanitation programs to meet regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Lead and manage a team of sanitation staff to ensure effective execution of sanitation protocols
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and maintain SSOPs and master sanitation schedules
  • Participate in 3rd party audits, such as SQF or BRC
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working with Somax and/or Keamz programs
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a team
  • Background in pest control and cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and report to senior leadership
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Experience in pest control and cleaning chemicals
  • Must be able to work weekends, work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday
  • Must be experienced in writing, auditing, or updating SSOPs and working with the master sanitation schedule
  • Must be experienced with the involvement in 3rd party audits, such as SQF or BRC
