About the Role:
Sodexo is seeking a skilled Dishroom Lead to join our team at Dr Martin Luther King Jr BLVD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishroom facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Load, run, and unload the dish machine to maintain efficient operations
Monitor and maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Report any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to ensure timely maintenance
