About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, visualize, and innovate data management systems to support business operations and strategic goals.
  • Provide technical leadership to enable delivery of reports, dashboards, data messaging, self-service business intelligence, and analytics.
  • Oversee and support initiatives that modify or create new data flows.
  • Ensure delivery of data to support operational and strategic goals of the business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data warehouse architecture, analytics, and business systems development.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data management tools such as Oracle, Power BI, Informatica, and/or WhereScape DataVault Express.
  • Preferred experience in Inmon and Kimball data modeling methodologies, Data Vault, domain-driven design concepts and principles, and the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field required. 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of required education. Master's degree in computer science, business, or a closely related field preferred.
