We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Experience Specialist to join our team at Andersen. As a key member of our Retail Experience Team, you will play a critical role in supporting daily operational activities, providing process and product expertise, and working closely with our Retail Experience Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Day-to-Day Guidance to Retail Experience Coordinators
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for Retail Experience Coordinators and External Business Partners
  • Utilize Excellent Communication Skills to Relay Important Information to Business Partners
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies to Promote Understanding of Department Processes
  • Design and Deliver Standard Operating Procedures for Order Processing and Retailer Experience Processes
  • Provide Working Direction to Retail Experience Coordinators, Focusing on Reporting, Order Processing Policies, and Ensuring Expectations are Met
  • Train Retail Experience Coordinators, Retailers, and Business Partners on Standard Work Updates and/or New Processes
  • Resolve Escalated Issues and Support Retail Experience Coordinators with Retailer Concerns/Communications
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 6-7 Years of Leadership Experience or Equivalent Combination of Demonstrated Performance, Skills, and Expertise
  • Technical Skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Data Analytics
  • Customer Knowledge - Understanding of Customer Needs, Preferences, Demographic Data, Trends, and Issues Affecting Our Markets
  • Organization/Business Unit Knowledge - Understanding of Our Company's Strategy, Structure, Culture, Systems, Processes, Information Sources, and Interdependencies
  • Knowledge of Products/Services - Understanding of Our Products and Services, Including Features, Benefits, and Uses or Applications
  • Problem Solving/Opportunity Identification - Using Participative Processes to Define Problems, Identify Causes, and Select Solutions that Optimize Performance and Stakeholder Ownership and Acceptance
