About the Role

Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and dispatching field technicians to our customers' homes.

This is a full-time office position that offers a competitive wage of $17-$24 per hour, based on skills and experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone and in person
  • Dispatch field technicians to our customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency
  • Communicate with customers and field technicians to ensure smooth and successful service calls
  • Forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track
  • Ensure that all job permits are obtained and current

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
