Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned client portfolio.
  • Timely and professional responses to inquiries from clients, insurance carriers, sales teams, and supervisors.
  • Researching and providing detailed answers to client inquiries regarding their policies and coverage options.
  • Staying informed about carrier products and underwriting guidelines to offer effective recommendations to clients.
  • Managing the submission of new and renewal clients for marketing and placement, reviewing and summarizing quotes for competitiveness and accuracy, and negotiating rates when necessary.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to prepare proposals for client presentations.
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and financing tasks are completed on time.
  • Processing and verifying policies, endorsements, and endorsement requests for accuracy.
  • Overseeing claims management and following up throughout the claims process.
  • Organizing and managing schedules, summaries, and timelines for your entire client portfolio regarding coverage, renewals, deliverables, and marketing strategies.
