About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at StretchLab. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, with a focus on generating revenue and growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
  • Lead generation through pop-up events, grassroots marketing, and networking
  • Manage and train sales associates and flexologist staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the studio owner to develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Ensure all sales and marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
