Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will provide compassionate care to residents in post-acute facilities, monitoring their physical and mental conditions, and tracking vital signs. You will also perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and assist with medication administration.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts State License: Hold a valid LPN license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Education and Experience: Completion of an approved LPN educational program and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a related role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
