Maxim Healthcare Services is a leading provider of home healthcare services, seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric patients, including those with gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomy tubes, and mechanical ventilators. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
  • Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility)
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred
