We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution, Inc.
Job Summary:This is a full-time position that requires at least 1 year of experience in long term care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of experience in long term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
