Job Description

Merry Maids is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Cleaning Specialist. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Services: Utilize Merry Maids' proprietary cleaning procedures and products to thoroughly clean customer homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cloths, are in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being punctual, reliable, and courteous to clients and colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Supply Management: Assist in maintaining a well-stocked supply of cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled cleaning appointments and team meetings.
