We are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead our agile teams and deliver high-quality software applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using automation tools, test case management, and cloud infrastructure. They will be responsible for defining and enforcing quality standards, maintaining regression and release test cases, executing test cycles, and automating critical test cases.

As a key member of our team, you will provide training and guidance to engineers and architects, develop a quality analysis strategy, and propose improvements to culture, process, tools, and quality standards.

You will interact with stakeholders to analyze, design, create test plans, and develop test suites for complex projects. Additionally, you will capture and track application support issues and serve as a subject matter expert for development staff and business community members.

In this role, you will drive results by balancing all functions within your role and mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an Associate Degree in Programming, and at least 5 years of experience in quality engineering. You should also have experience in using automation tools, test case management, and cloud infrastructure, and knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
