Job DescriptionRole Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Systems Installation Manager to lead the installation team and oversee the physical installation of communications systems on assigned projects. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead project teams to ensure safety and quality objectives are met by adhering to industry codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Installation Oversight: Review system functionality, schedule, and plan with customers, and oversee site walk-throughs to verify locations and identify safety hazards.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform consistent site evaluations, safety inspections, and quality assurances to ensure project plan compliance.
  • Documentation: Create project punch lists, perform system testing, coordinate customer training, and finalize documentation completion.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience within Communications Engineering Company or similar company.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and project teams.
