About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Treatment Operations Manager to join our team at Corix. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our water treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of water treatment operators, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all water treatment facilities are in compliance with state and federal environmental protection limits, and that all necessary records and reports are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to water treatment operators to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, and piping.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of water produced by our treatment facilities, ensuring that it meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
