About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Treatment Operations Manager to join our team at Corix. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our water treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of water treatment operators, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all water treatment facilities are in compliance with state and federal environmental protection limits, and that all necessary records and reports are maintained.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to water treatment operators to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, and piping.
- Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of water produced by our treatment facilities, ensuring that it meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. environmental science, engineering) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment operations, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and customer service.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to obtain necessary licenses and certifications to operate water treatment equipment.
