Job SummaryThe successful candidate will coordinate the implementation of individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment, provide ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling to youth and their families, and document the clinical course of treatment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and two years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances or substance abuse problems.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation of individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment
- Provide ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling to youth and their families
- Document the clinical course of treatment
- Develop youth behavioral health discharge plan and aftercare plan
- Collaborate with leadership and performance improvement activities
- Master's degree in a related field
- Two years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances or substance abuse problems
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work irregular hours
